DO YOU SHIP TO FRANCE, ITALY, GERMANY, CANADA, UNITED STATES, PUERTO RICO, ...?
Yes! We ship worldwide, no exception.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Once we receive your payment, it usually takes 2-5 days for processing. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 10-15 business days. For rare products, please allow 20-30 days.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE? CAN I PICK UP MY PRODUCT IN PERSON?
No, we only have a warehouse and it is strictly for shipping. We do not allow customers to come to the warehouse to buy in person.
DO YOU ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS, CHECKS, ...?
We only accept payments via PayPal. Payments are processed by Paypal on Paypal's own secure website using industry-standard methods for data transfer and encryption. You can use Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and any other credit card to make your purchase, on PayPal (without even having to register for an account!)
CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Upon completion of your payment via PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains instructions on how to track your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
All products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Any return must be authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from NintendoCardsDepot.com. Return product via UPS or U.S. mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees). To return a defective item, the customer has to notify nintendocardsdepot.com via email within five (5) days of receiving the defective product. The customer has to mail the defective product at his or her expense within five (5) days of receiving a return authorization email, and notify nintendocardsdepot.com of the shipment tracking number within one (1) day of shipment. ALso nite that returns can be subject to a restocking fee.
